Ownership and permitted use
Licence terms for schools, tutoring centres, and organisations
-
1. Content ownership
All bilingo.au learning materials, questions, explanations, reports, downloadable resources, layouts, and assessment pathways are owned by Infinitemind Academy unless otherwise stated. Access is a limited licence, not a transfer of copyright.
-
2. Original exam-style practice
NAPLAN, Selective, and HSC materials on bilingo.au are original curriculum-aligned practice items. Official past papers, syllabus pages, and public authority resources may be referenced by link, but are not copied into the platform as owned content.
-
3. Institutional access
School or centre access is limited to the named organisation, agreed year levels, authorised teachers, and enrolled learners. Access codes must not be shared with unrelated students, other centres, or public groups.
-
4. No redistribution or resale
Users may not reproduce, copy, export, scrape, screenshot, upload, resell, publish, print-distribute, or package bilingo.au content as their own product, worksheet set, test bank, class notes, or course materials.
-
5. Reports and downloads
Student reports and resource downloads are for learning support only. Where issued to institutions, documents may include licence identifiers, organisation names, access dates, or other watermark-ready information to help trace unauthorised sharing.
-
6. Monitoring and misuse response
bilingo.au may use school IDs, access-code records, device limits, activation counts, login records, timestamps, and usage patterns to protect the platform. Misuse can result in code reset, account suspension, licence termination, or refusal of future access.
